Hiring AI engineers to automate routine, not people

AI specialists should take repetitive work off people’s plates, so teams can focus on creative work.

Yes, we hire AI specialists. ML engineers, LLM engineers, automation engineers, MLOps and AI product people are a big part of what our clients need.

What we hire them for

The best use of AI in a business is usually not dramatic. It is the routine: repetitive, non-creative tasks and business problems that do not really need human attention. Sorting, routing, summarising, reconciling, monitoring.

When that work is automated well, people get their time back.

What we don’t hire them for

Our goal is not to replace people in business processes. It is to free them to focus as much as possible on creative work: ideas, decisions, relationships and the problems that genuinely need a person.

When we take on an AI search, we ask the client what the role should automate and what it should leave to people. That conversation usually makes the role clearer, and it makes the right candidate easier to find.

And one more thing

We hire for AI, not by AI. We do not use AI to evaluate candidates. People decide about people.
